Aquarian Spirituality : a wholistic Spirituality
Holiness ( wholi-ness ) means that which is wholesome ( good / healthy / true ), and which makes us whole ( complete / as one ).
Love, freedom and beauty are, by this definition, key aspects of holiness.
Our own holiness begins with daily Aquarian meditation : a meditation on love, freedom and beauty. Meditation is our daily nourishment - our personal wellspring and source of inspiration : that which inspires us to be holy.
In our community, holiness is created when people act with love towards one another and honour each other’s freedoms. This all begins by appreciating each other’s ( inner ) beauty. Whenever two or more people act in the name of love, freedom and beauty, there is holiness.
Holiness is like a sacred spirit ( i.e. a holy spirit ) that emerges when people act justly towards each other. Holiness is thus like a force that is invisible yet . . . powerfully real.
When we come together in the name of love, freedom and beauty,
• we recognise each other’s ( inner ) beauty ( who we are is accepted ),
• we share love ( we support each other ), and
• we honour each other’s freedoms ( we are empowered to live fully ! ).
In this way, we create holiness - a force ( a new spirit ) that enables us to : be all we can be.
Thus, the spirituality of the Aquarian Age is a wholistic spirituality ; a spirituality where EVERY PERSON can be the source of holiness. Our state of holiness also prepares us to receive the coming Arch Angel. Those with a pure heart will recognise the saving wisdom of the Arch Angel Michael.
Aquarian Spirituality does not demand belief in any deity. We cannot with certainty, claim that a creator god exists. We are open to the possibility of a supernatural being’s existence, but we have no clear evidence that proves ‘ god ’. God(s) remain for us a ‘ sacred mystery ’.
Religious scriptures such as the Bible, are the writings of men who sometimes claimed first hand experience of their god. Whilst often sincere, their claims cannot be verified. There is also no way we can validate that our universe & all that exists, was created in 6 days by god.
Likewise, we maintain an agnostic position on the theory of evolution. Frequent deceptive practices, such as fraudulent representations of ‘ missing-link ’ species, and other poor scientific processes, have weakened the evolutionist’s claims. Evolution’s strong links with atheism has discredited their independence.
Will the Ganymede ( Electric Universe ) and alien origin theory displace aspects of evolution theory ?
To find out more about these important theories and their impact on modern spirituality, read any Aquarian Spirituality book.

3 ways of the spirited
The modern spirited traveler has three practices which help them to live effectively and without the need for superstitions or religiosity :
1. meditate to create love
2. forgive to be free
3. see other's inner beauty

We call this force . . . the Sacred Spirit.
When we come together in the name of love, freedom and beauty we
In this way, we create true holiness - a force ( i.e. a sacred spirit ) that enables us to : be all we can be.
Thus, our spirituality is a wholistic spirituality ; a spirituality where EVERY PERSON can be the source of holiness.
Spirituality is a Latin word, which literally means : to breath.
Another way of saying " to breath in " is to say : to inspire.
Inspire, inspiration and spirituality all share the same root word, which derives from our most fundamental act : breathing in life giving oxygen.
Spirituality is the act of bringing within us, that which nourishes our mind and body. This nourishment enables us to become our very best.
When we bring into ourselves ( through our incoming thoughts & deeds ) beneficial nourishment, we become our best selves, and know happiness.
Meditation is an example of " beneficial nourishment ".
It's no surprise, that meditation is THEE foundational spiritual act. At the core of true meditation, is a focus on symbolically " breathing in right thoughts " as we simultaneously honour our breath ( the most life sustaining and sacred thing we do all day ).
Almost every spiritual tradition involves . . . meditation.
Spirituality offers wisdom and practices that provide beneficial nourishment and enable us to become our best selves, but without the religiosity and superstitions which impede our practices.
Meditation is beneficial for helping you to interact with the world.
But meditation is also beneficial for CREATING good health for YOU personally.
Our meditations are focused on nourishing love, freedom and beauty. These are the 3 pillars of our spirituality.
These 3 pillars inspire us to live a life of . . . holiness.
In modern spirituality, we the people are all responsible for creating holiness ( not a god in the sky, an alien, or one guru here on earth ).
Holiness has gone from been perceived as something divine and far away in heaven, to something that was only present in one being on earth - Christ - to now something that is possible for every person to be, and to create with others.
Spiritual holiness is experienced when people act with love towards one another and honour each other’s freedoms. This all begins by appreciating each other’s inner beauty.
Wherever two or more people are gathered in the name of love, freedom and beauty, there is holiness.

2. forgive to be free
A vital aspect of freedom is . . . forgiveness.
When we forgive those who have hurt us, we become liberators - absolving the sinner of their sins.
Through forgiveness, we heal the sinner by releasing them from their sin-bondage / sin burden.
This is truly . . . an act of love.
Sins need absolution or they remain with the sinner like a cancer, eating away at their soul / conscience.
When we forgive a person, they are liberated from their burden.
But that's not all. We too, are liberated when we forgive someone.
We are freed from the ongoing pain of that original sin. Healing can begin.
Thus, with forgiveness, both parties win !
By this same logic, it is best to avoid vengeance ( i.e. the old standard : " an eye for an eye " ).
We do not observe divine vengeance in the world ( i.e. an angry god ) which inspires many religious people to act with so much hatred. Most apocalyptic cults and doomsday religions exploit the idea of divine vengeance to create fear and anger ( and keep followers in a state of bondage ).
If we have hurt someone, we should apologize and affirm that we will not hurt them again, offer restitution ( if appropriate ), and ultimately . . . be reconciled. We may not always be forgiven. And we should not demand to be forgiven. It is for the victim to work through their response . . . in good time.
As the wise Nazarene said, we should forgive a person not just seven times, but seventy-seven times, meaning : patiently keep forgiving the person that keeps hurting you. Don't you become trapped by keeping someone in sin-bondage. Forgive them, release them, and YOU will be free.

3. See other's inner beauty
One of our principal teachings is, that we should appreciate each person's inner beauty.
A person's inner beauty is their purity, love and innate goodness. We were all born with it. It's still there in all of us. When we strive to see another person's inner beauty, we are striving to understand them first as . . . a beautiful person i.e. a good person.
WHEN we ' see ' another person’s inner beauty, it's more easy to begin to act lovingly towards them - and thus connect with them, and bring happiness to both of you. When we feel loved, we feel good !
To truly appreciate another person's inner beauty, we can adopt one simple practice :
When you meet another person, gaze gently into their EYES . . . and smile.
Say to yourself : " I can see your inner beauty by your eyes . . . and you can see mine "
This is how we can begin to ' see ' another person's ' inner beauty '.
Eyes are a window into our inner being.
Eyes are a gateway to connecting with every person you meet.
Eyes are the bridge to creating loving connections.
Eyes are beautiful - just as another person's inner being is also beautiful.
A genuine smile sends a message : it hints at what you are thinking. Your genuine smile says . . ." I like you ".
The eye is the organ of connection. Our eyeball ( being round ) is exposed to both the outside world on one side AND on the other side, it is connected via a network of sensory ( optic ) nerves, to our inner world ( our mind ). The eye is thus a gateway between two worlds. Our eye's pupils literally light up when you create attraction with another person. Oxytocin and dopamine — the so called love hormones — have an effect on pupil size. Your brain gets a boost of these chemicals when you feel attracted to someone. This surge in hormones dilates your pupils ! Your heart rate increases too. The heart is the organ of emotion - our heart rate reflects our emotional state.
