We begin our timeline with the Virgin Spiritual Great Age which began in 12,000 BC. The Virgo Age coincides with, and therefore marks the birth of our current civilisation. The term Holocene Epoch also describes this period.
Symbolically, for Aquarian Spirituality, the symbolic foundation year of our present civilisation is 11,033 BC ( scroll down for more on our timelines ).

" What time is it ? " is a common enough question. Mostly, our response is given in the standard measures of time ; hours, minutes or seconds. Our Sun is central to our notion of time, and determines how we measure time. But fewer people today, ask " What Great Age are we in ? ". This question is simply another way of asking about time.
An Astronomical Great Age is defined by the Sun's apparent location ' in ' a specific constellation along the ecliptic. For example, the Sun is now ' in ' the constellation of Aquarius ( as defined by the corrected boundaries around this zodiac ). Jovian ( Jupiter ) religions v's Saturnian - lunar cults
Pre Virgo era : ( i.e. before the Age of Virgo > 14,000 years ago - before the birth of our present civilisation )
Noah's flood story is based on ancient myths concerning a global prehistoric flood, and may well have been a retelling of an earlier Sumerian legend - the Epic of Gilgamesh. Both Genesis and the Gilgamesh Epic claim there were 8 generations between creation and flood - and that's just one example of parallel story lines. Two hundred years, in ancient times, was also a relatively short time for Orion-associated symbols / themes / beliefs to be strongly absorbed into the zodiac system. In Jerusalem today, we struggle to find any evidence of a great temple or Solomon's wealth. The best we can show, is a modest 9th century BC stone worship house in the City of David, next to Temple Mount * ( see illustration below left ).
Tanis ( King David's and Solomon's capitol in Egypt ) was called Zoan in the Hebrew Bible. Is Zoan the origin of the name . . . Zion ( the name for the spiritual homeland of the Israelites ) ? In the Book of Ezekiel ( Ch 30 v 14 ), it is written that the prophet condemned Zoan ( Tanis ) to burn by fire. Interestingly, one can observe today, large granite statues that have been shattered and scattered ( not a simple feat given their size ), and some show signs of being scorched. No explanation is given by Egyptologists, as to why Tanis was abandoned after the 21st dynasty ( which included kings David and Solomon ). Did the Southern Kingdom of Judea destroy Tanis sometime between 900 BC and 600 BC ? Was this because Solomon's occult kingdom had been based there and the city was seen as ' impure ' ( or even a source of evil ) ?
The prophet Isaiah refers to the two key centers of Solomon's kingdom. In Isaiah 31 : 9b, it states :
" Oracle of Yahweh whose fire is in Zion and his furnace in Jerusalem ". Zion is Zoan - the Hebrew name for Tanis.
The fire and furnace associations with Yahweh, point to Yahweh's origins as a Canaanite god of metals. A god associated with ' wealth ' would have been a clever choice by the Phoenician priests, keen to win over king Solomon. Phoenicians engaged in mining activities around the Mediterranean. A god associated with gold, silver and other metals - in other words - a god that brought wealth - would have appealed to Solomon.

Solomon is a key figure in Israel's history and world history. But his legacy is not all positive. A known practitioner of the dark arts, Solomon's priests facilitated the worship of just about every occult deity and demon in the region, in an attempt to bring about supernatural forces that would empower Solomon to rule the world. After the death of King Solomon, his son - Rehoboam - inherited Solomon's Israelite kingdom and established his capital in Jerusalem. Solomon's capital in Tanis in Egypt was threatened by Libyan tribes, so Rehoboam moved to his administration to Jerusalem. Solomon’s vast treasury was moved to Jerusalem and hidden beneath Mount Moriah. Rehoboam established a temple on this mount. No archaeological evidence exists for this modest building as the site was later cleared for King Herod’s vast temple complex.

Cosmos in Collision
Immanuel Velikovsky was a brilliant cosmologist and astro-theorist, who first proposed that our present day solar system is the product of 2 solar systems colliding in prehistoric times. More recently Theodore A Holden and Troy D McLachlan have elaborated more on this event, linking many ancient myths about god Jupiter being usurped by god Saturn. Whilst the names change depending on which civilization your are investigating, the myths remain remarkably similar. Briefly, the cosmic collision involved two solar systems : The first is called the Saturnian system which included our earth and the moon. When the two systems collided, the more dense Sun displaced Saturn as the remaining planets took their now familiar place, circling the sun.
The collision was a time of great upheaval. On earth, people witnessed civilization ending turmoil. In the sky, unique cosmic events could be seen as Saturn was pushed away from our earth.
When did the collision occur ?
