The timing of a Spiritual Great Age is inspired ' by the heavens '. Approximately every 2000 years, the Sun moves into a new constellation along the ecliptic ( as measured each year on Northern Spring Equinox day - March 20 ).
According to Aquarian Spirituality observations, the Sun is now in the true constellation of Aquarius ( and has been since 2020 AD - based on observable events in the heavens in 2020 ).

Aquarian Spirituality is a new and modern spirituality . . . for our times. In the past, the dawning of each new Spiritual Great Age, has witnessed new spiritualities emerge, that have transformed the religious landscape. Each new Great Age is a time of transformation.
We begin our timeline with the Virgin Spiritual Great Age which began in 12,000 BC. The Virgo Age coincides with, and therefore marks the birth of our current civilisation. The term Holocene Epoch also describes this period.
Symbolically, for Aquarian Spirituality, the symbolic foundation year of our present civilisation is 11,033 BC ( scroll down for more on our timelines ).

The Age of Orion ( the Hunter )
4200 BC - 4000 BC
The Sun was ‘ in ’ the constellation of Orion for approximately 200 years ( 10% of the average length of a traditional Great Age ) from ~ 4200 BC. The Orion constellation sits between Gemini and Taurus. In approximately 4200 BC, the Sun ‘ briefly ’ entered the Orion constellation in the region known as ' the hand of Orion '. Orion is notable as it is located at the intersection of the ecliptic and the Milky Way band. By approximately 4000 BC, the sun had moved on to the next constellation - Taurus. Most astrologers do not include Orion ( or Ophiuchus - which sits opposite to Orion between Scorpio and Sagittarius ) as astrology was developed in Mesopotamia during the Age of Taurus ( i.e. long after the Sun had left Orion ). Two hundred years, in ancient times, was also a relatively short time for Orion-associated symbols / themes / beliefs to be strongly absorbed into the zodiac system.
