Aquarian Spirituality : preparing spiritually for the coming Age of Aquarius
Purpose of this webpage : We continue to explore more aspects of Aquarian Spirituality ; its beliefs, practices, inspirations, and meditation program ( review New Spirituality webpage first )
Key Messages :
______________________________________________________________________________
" In the new Aquarian Age, spirituality is not about superstitions from above, but about cultivating love from within. In the Aquarian Age, the Holy Spirit ( which we now call the Sacred Spirit ) is not a mythical ' third person ' of some divine trinity, but the very symbol of a special connection that exists between us : a third force - invisible but real - that's created when people act with love towards each other and respect each other's freedom. This begins by appreciating each other's inner beauty ".

What is spirituality ?
What is spirituality ? Our answer : That which inspires us to be our best.
That's a very modern definition of spirituality. But it's one that we can embrace once we've shed the religiosity and superstitions which have often smothered and usurped true spirituality.
Inspire, inspiration and spirituality all share the same root word, which derives from our most fundamental act : breathing in life giving oxygen.
Spirituality is a Latin word, which literally means : to breath.
Another way of saying " breath in " is : inspire.
Spirituality is the act of bringing within us, that which nourishes our mind and body. This nourishment enables us to be our very best.
When we bring into ourselves ( through our incoming thoughts and deeds ) beneficial nourishment, we can be our best selves, and know happiness.
Meditation is an example of " beneficial nourishment ". It's no surprise, that meditation is THEE foundational spiritual act. At the core of true meditation, is a focus on symbolically " breathing in right thoughts " as we simultaneously honour our breath ( the most life sustaining and sacred thing we do all day ). Almost every spiritual tradition involves . . . meditation.
Beneficial nourishment is what spirituality aims to deliver. Over thousands of years, wisdom traditions have all shared their unique ways of ' doing ' spirituality. Chants in Hinduism, recitation in Islam, prayers in Christianity, silence in Zen Buddhism ; these are ALL spiritual acts.
Modern spirituality is about inspiring us to be our best. Aquarian Spirituality offers spiritual wisdom and practices that provide beneficial nourishment and enable us to become our best selves, but without the religiosity and superstitions which impede our practices.
Religion and religiosity should be differentiated. Religion is simply the organisation and management of a spiritual method. Religiosity however, is an escalation of hardened hearts within a religion, which leads to fundamentalism, discrimination, hurt and fear. Superstitions are a device for manipulating followers under the guise of offering some supernatural advantage. Superstition is a deception and has nothing to do with true spirituality. Superstitions range from astrology and spells, right through to the mass mind-control rituals of the Occult.
Spirituality is NOT superstition and superstitions are not spirituality.
Aquarian Spirituality is a necessary response to increasing religiosity and superstitions, which have usurped our ' indigenous ' spiritual traditions. Aquarian Spiritual is a restorative movement ; a spring clean that is needed to again, enable us to gain pure nourishment and be our best.

- The Piscine Spiritual Age is over. A new Spiritual Great Age dawns ; the Aquarian Age. Each new Age is marked by new spiritual insights which reinvigorate our spiritual practices. We are now approaching a new Great Age ; the Aquarian Age. It is time for reflecting upon what changes will come with this new Age.
- We look forward to the triumph of spirituality over religiosity and superstition, and the coming of new ' heavenly ' wisdom : Aquarian Spirituality ; a life-path promoting the spirit of love, freedom and beauty.
- Spirituality comes from ' within '. Religion and it's rules, temples, rituals, fasting, holy days etc are all man-made attempts to help us to uncover what is already within us. Spirituality involves the purest ( most wholesome / holy ) thoughts, such as love, freedom and beauty.
- What is spirituality ? That which inspires us to be our best. Spirituality is, and has always been, about creating a better life : a more whole-istic ( holy ) and meaningful life. If more people take up a spiritual-based life-path, communities benefit too. Good people create a better world.
- Love, freedom and beauty are the essence of spiritual living. Love, freedom and beauty form the essence of Aquarian Spirituality.
- Aquarian Spirituality is not centered around the worship of a supernatural deity. Rather, we hold an agnostic position ; neither denying nor affirming the possibility of supernatural beings or a creator god. The existence of god is a sacred mystery. The existence and nature of god is more appropriately studied in theology classes.
- Our spirituality celebrates love, freedom and beauty, because these are the fundamental virtues that cause us to feel content ( happy ) and complete ( whole / holy ). Happiness is a consequence of being loved and loving others, being free and liberating others, and being nourished by nature's beauty.
" There is a prodigious danger in the seeking out of loose spirits. I fear it. I fear it. Let us rather ( look to ) ourselves "

The Age of Beauty : the Age of Aquarius
- Given that one of the greatest existential threats on Earth today is our polluting ways, it is no surprise that the Aquarian message should concern the beauty of life ; i.e. the need to preserve and protect all life on Earth. Our message has one goal : to help save Earth from an environmental catastrophe, that is today, highly probable if we don't change our ways.
- How can we protect the beauty of life ? We believe that we should not only love other people ( including those who call us their enemies ), but we should love all living things and cherish the natural world. We must learn to truly appreciate the Earth's natural beauty, and cease polluting our planet. Protecting the beauty of the world may well be, the third vital Aquarian message ( complementing our first two virtues : love and freedom.
- Water is life. It is ironic, that in the Age of Aquarius ( Aqua means water - hence the Aquarian Age is the Age of ' bearing water ' ), water shortages, water pollution, water acidity, storms and rising ocean levels, will threaten life on Earth. A lack of rainfall, associated with a warming planet, will effect water reserves in many parts of the globe. In other regions, torrential storms will cause devastating floods. Pollution in river systems and in seas, will destroy many life forms. Rising temperatures will melt polar ice caps and cause oceans to become more acidic, as well as contributing to a rise in sea levels, thus threatening shorelines across the world. Water quality will be a key measure of OUR behaviour here on Earth. Will we be . . . ' water bearers ', or will we contribute to the destruction of our water systems, right across the planet ?
- If we don't act to save the world, growing pressure for scare resources, including essentials such as food and water, could lead to wars and the breakdown of society in many countries. The elite's control of wealth and power will be threatened. Their solution, will be to take control and reduce global population by around 80% ( this policy is declared ' in stone ' on their monument in Georgia USA ). That task requires an inhumane tyranny, so that vast populations can be efficiently eliminated. Only by saving the planet soon, can we avoid a radical reordering of society, by society's elites.
- Why does it matter that we save the Earth ( including human life on Earth ) ? Apart from avoiding a global tyranny, the Earth is simply our only home ( at present ), and so it must be cherished and preserved. Unlike some religions and cults that look forward to an end-of-time apocalypse, we believe preserving life on Earth is our duty, so that future generations can continue to enjoy life . . . just as we do.
In the Aquarian Age, spiritual holiness is experienced when people act with love towards one another, and honour each other’s freedoms. This all begins, by appreciating each other’s inner beauty.
When people interact in this way, THEY create holiness ( i.e. wholeness / completeness / One-ness ).
Love, freedom & beauty completes us : i.e. makes us whole ( holy ) and makes us . . . one and one with all that is.
In the Age of the Holy Spirit, we the people are responsible for holiness ( not a god in the sky or one man on earth).
Holiness has gone from been perceived as something divine and far away in heaven ( during the Age of Aries ), to something that was centralised in one being on earth - Christ ( during the Age of Pisces ), to now something that is possible for every person to create with others ( in the Age of Aquarius ).
Wherever two or more people are gathered together, there is potential for holiness.
How we interact with each other, determines if holiness exists.
ALL LIFE IS HOLY. We are all part of a greater ' whole '.
Hence the spirituality of the New Age is a wholistic spirituality ;
a spirituality EVERYONE can participate in ;
EVERY PERSON can create holiness around them.
That's the holy spirit of the Aquarian Age. That's what's holy . . . now.
- Celebrating the beauty of life, also means accepting people from all walks of life. Aquarian Spirituality declares that all people are beautiful. We strive to be inclusive, open minded and open hearted. We proclaim that all people are worthy of love and compassion. We welcome all who need healing. We denounce religious intolerance in all its forms. We condemn exploitation and slavery. We stand against discrimination, including discrimination due to race, ethnicity, physicality, health status, ability, culture, gender, age, identity, orientation etc.
- We support the rights of minority communities in our society. We offer matrimonial blessings to all who are in a loving relationship. We encourage people to approach the task of co-creating new life, with great thoughtfulness, love and ongoing commitment. We support those who are raising children and caring for the ill and elderly. Finally, we reach out to people who wish to die a dignified death in the face of great pain and illness.
- We call on leaders of nations to prioritise the wellbeing of all citizens, and strive for a peaceful co-existence with neighbouring nations. We call on governments to protect the sanctity of life, the freedom of its citizens, and the natural beauty of its lands.
- Modern AQUARIANs don't need to dabble in ancient occult superstitions in order to gain insights, or advance a cause, or improve our health. We see little value, beyond a placebo effect, for modalities such as Reiki, homeopathy, witchcraft, Voodoo, astrology etc. etc. We can find no evidence for the existence of ghosts, personal angels & fairies, or chakras & auras. We see no supernatural power in numbers, stones, signs, symbols, or devices such as Ouija Boards or dream catchers. The Occult do, and have been peddling these myths since ancient times. We don't believe you can summons the dead, or perform exorcisms to get rid of demons. We don't recommend using ( illegal ) chemical drugs to seek mind-altering experiences. The risks are not worth it !
- We put aside a little wine for our rituals, rather than abusing alcohol for recreational purposes, or using it as a substitute therapy. Respect the spirit !
- We try to eat a mainly plant-based diet. We drink water, and a little coffee or tea. We exercise, get adequate sleep, enjoy simple pleasures ( including sex ), keep good hygiene, work, study, do chores, meet friends & family, help people, and meditate twice a day ( see our Aquarian Way webpage ). We avoid getting into too much debt. We try not to worry too much about the future, or let past issues bother us deeply. We live in the present. If we are bothered, we should seek help from a trusted counselor, or seek forgiveness from anyone we've harmed ( offering restitution if appropriate ), and also forgive those who have harmed us.
- We believe death is final. We do not see any evidence for the existence of a supernatural soul, or that we are eternal spirit beings, capable of leaving our bodies after death, and journeying to fantastic places. In the past, when religions have elevated the after-life's importance, they often negated or neglected the present. Life on earth was not cherished, for only heaven was holy. Human life was ' expendable ', whilst our planet was simply there for our exploitation. Respecting the sanctity of all life on Earth comes from knowing that we all get only one chance at life - so life is worth cherishing ; both our own life, AND all living things around us. Accepting the finality of death, enhances our attitude to . . . life.
- Belief in the after-life comes from occult thinking ; the desire to become eternal god-like supernatural beings ( a process called apotheosis ). Since ancient times, we have all struggled with death and separation from loved ones. Many have also lamented giving up possessions. Hence the elite's desperate desire for an after-life ' paradise ' ; a place where the rich can keep playing with all their expensive toys.
- We don't invent stories about the after-life. Rather, we are content to ' rest-in-peace ' when we die. Let our legacy be our greatest contribution. Let us be remembered for who we loved, rather than where our souls supposedly went. " May they rest-in-peace " becomes our Aquarian consolation to those who have lost a loved one. Any suggestions, that there are ' souls of the dead ' communicating with, or haunting specific people here on Earth, we believe, is a fraud.
- Abandoning our selfish desires for an after-life, helps us to better focus on creating a good life here on Earth. Earth is our home. It is our co-responsibility to maintain all life on Earth, and not look forward to it's destruction - as some doomsday / apocalypse cults do. All of heaven's avatars shared life-affirming messages. We are not on Earth to participate in it's destruction. We are co-creators and protectors of life.
- The Occult like to promise their select followers, a paradise in the next life ; a place of many carnal delights. We don't agree with this view.
- We believe evil is real, but it doesn't come in supernatural forms. People do evil things, and for many reasons. Sometimes, it is the result of a deep illness, whilst at other times, it arises as a result of an undisciplined ego. We do not believe in a supernatural epicenter of evil ( i.e. Satan or Hell ). We do not believe in a literal demon called Satan or the Devil. Our research reveals the true origins of Satan, and these are outlined on our ' Cult ' webpage.
- There are however, many Cults and Occults that promote the false idea of a Satanic being, and an accompanying creed that celebrates the eternal life of the ego. In essence, Satanism is a celebration of the ego ( self interest ). However, the consequences of this ideology are very destructive.
- The ever changing natural world is full of challenges. As a species, we can more effectively overcome challenges through collaboration ( i.e. team-based problem solving ), and by being compassionate to each other. A compassionate mindset within a tribe, ensures that those who are hurt, are helped back to health in order to be able to rejoin the tribe - thus keeping the tribe strong ! Clearly, a collaborative and compassion mindset, is beneficial for personal and group survival. Religions have always stressed the benefits of group efficacy. The Nazarene Messiah encouraged people to gather in groups of two or three. Only in groups, can we truly learn to be loving and compassionate.
- Despite our understanding that collaboration and compassion enhances our survival, we observe so much selfish behaviour in our world. Why ? Whilst we accept the need to collaborate and care for each other, each of us, also has a built-in instinct for self preservation. Religions call it the ego. We are not talking about a fight or flight response when a lion approaches. Rather, we are talking here about a more subtle threat ; a threat to our status . . . from other people. If someone takes some of our possessions, or sleeps with our wife, or laughs at us, or just appears to be doing well, all these situations can deflate our ego ; our feelings of self importance or self worth. Once our status is threatened, we feel angry. Our anger can cause us to become violent and harm others. A key role of religion and spiritual disciplines, is to help ' curb our ego '. Spiritual paths and religions exist to help us to appreciate the great duality of life : that we are both collaborators ( compassionate and loving ) and competitors ( greedy and even hateful ). We all are both.
- The natural world, has always been, a challenging place to be. There are many disasters to deal with, and disease and death are ever present. And then, there is scarcity. Scarcity - the result of finite resources on Earth - drives many people to act selfishly. Hence, not only is suffering present in the natural world, but suffering can also be caused by self centred people, who compete ruthlessly for things. If uncontrolled, our animal instincts ( our self preservation instinct . . . our ego ) can become the cause of much greed and hatred ; thus driving a wedge between tribe members. Recall, a tribe needs collaboration and compassionate people in order for the tribe to be effective. If the tribe is effective . . . everyone wins ! If greed and hatred are allowed to fester in a tribe ( or village, school, workplace, society etc ), collaboration will not be optimal. Instead, individual agendas will pull the tribe apart . . . destroying the tribe in the process, and leaving individuals to fend for themselves.
- Spiritual life-paths ( and religions ) attempt to curb the self centred ego, and thus minimise human inflicted suffering. However, we will never curb everyone's ' animal ' instincts. Thus, there is no perfect world - nirvana or paradise - on earth. Yet we have a responsibility ( as co-creators of life ) to help make Earth as harmonious and habitable as possible, so that the next generation can comfortably fulfil it's central task : to create new life. Thus, we don't give up on helping to create a better world. But we know, a perfect world, is just not how life on earth is. Aquarians don't set up ' cult camps ' ; isolated elitist colonies that seek to forge a local ' nirvana ' here on Earth. We remain a part of everyday society, as imperfect as that society is. The Nazarene Messiah interacted with all levels of society. He chose not live with the Essenes - a group of fringe fanatics, who set up monastic-like Ju'ish settlements, far from mainstream society.
- We appreciate that life IS suffering ( as the Buddha said ). WE can mitigate some of that suffering. But ultimately, we understand, that suffering is a part of life ( either caused by our naturally ever-changing world / solar system / galaxy / universe, or greedy / jealous people around us ! ). Fortunately, some good things can come from all our struggles. It can make us stronger, and in time, more understanding and even accepting of the nature of life. This acceptance, can help bring us a greater level of contentment . . . and even happiness.
- Aquarians seek to live . . . a beautiful life ( which should not to be confused with a perfect life ). Our Aquarian message, concerns . . . the beauty of the world, and the need to protect Earth from an environmental catastrophe ( caused by polluting our earth beyond repair and burning fossil fuels for energy ) in order that the elite don't implement their selfish plan for a global tyranny ; ie to depopulate the planet and ' clear the air ‘.
- As individual Aquarians, we seek to protect the natural beauty of the world we live in. We live simply. We minimise waste. We limit our polluting. We eat mainly plant based foods. We do our bit, to help our home planet.
- Zen - the Buddhist inspired philosophy of the East - provides for us, a style guide for living well, inviting us to consider beauty in all aspects of our lives. A zen attitude brings serenity. Zen's mantra - simplicity - is refreshing. Even mundane tasks, performed mindfully, brings pleasure. Nature, gardens, art, architecture, design, food, theatre and music, can all be therapeutic ! A mindful walk or gentle gaze, can be therapeutic
- Living a beautiful life, also honours the ancient memory of the Garden of Eden : the homeland of our first Mother ; Mother Eve - our spiritual ancestor. Aquarians imagine the sacred Garden of Eden as a place of great natural beauty, that provides abundant pleasures ( such as food, water, warmth ) for its inhabitants. It is the duty of all humanity, to return Earth ' back to Eden ' ; back to its original natural beauty ( un-desecrated and pristine ), so that generations of people to come, can continue to enjoy a good life on Earth. Of course, our true origins may not necessarily be here on Earth. Many occultists and elites firmly believe humans originated on another planet. Perhaps Eden was not on Earth, but far, far away. Nonetheless, it is still upon us, to keep our current home planet, as pure as the waters from the Fountain of the Virgin at the Gihon Spring. May we all live to be immersed in her waters !
End of life
Aquarian Spirituality takes no position on the question of an after-life. Our agnostic position enables each person to come to their own conclusion. The matter is simply referred to as being part of the ' sacred mysteries of life '.
Aquarian Spirituality does however, strongly advocate that personal choices must be respected, when it comes to end-of-life matters. Assisted dying is for many, a more ideal, humane, gentle and welcomed option, when terminal disease or un-treatable pain, substantially and irreversibly diminishes quality of life.
If human kind is to truly mature, a key part of that maturity, is to respect the informed choices of every member of society. Aquarian Spirituality supports assisted dying options.
Recently, a Swiss company has manufactured a terminal pod that is designed to make voluntary death a painless and even, an euphoric experience. The pod uses a painless method : nitrogen gas to cause gentle unconsciousness and then a peaceful death. The user makes the final call after consulting with health carers. The technology is available now. What is lacking, is the political will to enable the process of voluntary death to become protected in legislation. Organisations are being prevented from assisting people to access painless voluntary dying. Traditionally, law makers have been timid, and bowed to religious organisations that lobby against personal choice.
The time has come to declare the right to die, a fundamental human right in every nation.

What happens to us at the point of death ?
According to the latest studies ( see link below ), the brain remains active for a short period of time after a person's death, suggesting the person may well be reliving good memories as they die ! This may act to help counter any final fears or pain that a person may be experiencing. The studies can give comfort to all who may be concerned about the quality of death of their loved ones : they were possibly thinking nice thoughts as they passed.

Ethical Burial ?
Burial of bodies in traditional cemeteries is costly. Tombs, cemeteries and ornate caskets require significant resources and are not environmental. Cremation also requires the use of significant energy to achieve cremation.
A better way, is to bury a body in a cloth shroud and plant a tree in a Nature friendly burial center.
An example of an attempt at a more environmental burial method is found in Mornington Australia. Aquarian Spirituality has no association with the Mornington Green organisation.
Esoteric traditions
Most ancient religions contained some elements of esoteric thought. Esoteric just means ' reserved knowledge ' - i.e. limited to a cult's adepts or initiates. Barriers to gaining this knowledge ( such as rituals, exams, status, or membership dues ) were designed to limit this ' special ' knowledge, giving it a greater perceived value.
Some esoteric thought suggests historical persons such as the Nazarene Messiah were not real persons, but metaphors or symbols for personal transformation. As an example, they state that descriptions of Christ in the Bible are really ' hidden ' references to a sacred oil ( Chrism ) that activates our " god consciousness " ( which originates in the Solar Plexus ).
The pineal gland ( i.e. the pin-el gland - god gland ) is believed to be activated by this sacred oil when the moon is in your birth constellation for 2.5 days of each month ( moon-th ). The Pineal Gland is responsible for responding to day and night cycles ( creating melatonin to control our sleep cycles ). The Solar Plexus is a ganglion of nerves, which branch off from around our midriff region, and can resemble solar rays.
The exact function of our body's numerous organs and secretions were not always well understood in ancient times. This allowed for pseudo-scientific explanations to emerge, and became the basis of various esoteric traditions. The Pineal Gland was especially popular as the ‘ God Gland '. A pine cone was often used to symbolise this gland’s special role.
Sacred pine cones were seen in many ancient civilisations. Assyrian winged gods were seen upholding a sacred pine cone. A sacred pine cone was paraded during an annual Roman festival, devoted to the Mother Goddess Cybele ( held around the March Equinox). Today, at the heart of the Vatican ( at the Fontan della Pigna ), one cannot miss a giant bronze pine cone statue. The statue has no Biblical links. Its origins are esoteric. Clearly, the Vatican keeps many of it's key cult symbols hidden in plain sight ! The Middle Ages poet - Dante - came across this pine cone statue in its original site : at the old Basilica of St. Peter ( ! ) and was inspired to include it in his comedy ' Divina Commedia ', where it is described as . . . King Nimrod's symbol !
What is a symbol of King Nimrod ( Father of all Occults ) doing in the heart of the Vatican ? Why King Nimrod and a pine cone ? Just as Nimrod tried to build a tower to reach God, King Nimrod may also have sought to become god by ' harnessing ' Chrism oils ( the God oil ) to activate his pineal gland ( the ‘god gland’ ) !
Below : Nimrod’s Pine Cone at the heart of the Vatican, and Rome’s Goddess Cybele holds a sacred pine cone and a crown with twin towers ! Assyrian and Egyptian deities such as Osiris were also associated with the Sacred Pine Cone.
Do Aquarian Spirituality practitioners believe in demons and devils ?
Whilst WE do not accept that imaginary demons and devils exist, the effect on people who do believe, and who attempt to summons these imaginary ' powers ', can be profound. Deeply emotional experiences can greatly effect a person's mental state. The power of suggestion is very real. Those with an underlying / pre-existing mental health issue, may find themselves easily effected by Satanic practices. Perhaps those who create Satanic cults do not believe in the myths, but they can seduce many innocent folk who want to believe. Our advice is simple : don't dabble in the Occult. Period.
At Aquarian Spirituality, we NEVER attempt to summons spirits, demons or devils. We promote no superstitions. We do not use witchcraft or ' Harry Potter magick ' to gain imaginary supernatural powers. Satanic rites and rituals may not open the door to a real demon, but it can trigger something just as devastating : deep delusions and paranoia ( psychosis ). Avoid the craft - for the sake of your wellbeing. Below is a link to a recent story about two pre-teen girls who believed in Satanism enough to want to kill other girls for Satan ( that same desire is cultivated in elite occult groups ). Of course, nobody ever blames Hollywood for spreading Satanic stories which effect impressionable youth. The girls in this incident, are truly victims of Satanism. Real or not, Satanism destroys lives.
Furthermore, Sacred-Spirit.org is first to offer a non-religious and non-superstitious Aquarian Age spirituality, known simply as : Aquarian Spirituality. Several other websites are now using the term Aquarian Spirituality - beware that they are not leading you to occult practices. For example, the Aquarian Catholic Community ( an esoteric ' Catholic ' group ) recommends the Lucis Trust. The founders of the trust - Alice and Foster Bailey - published books under their publishing company : “ Lucifer Publishing Company ”. Today, the Lucis Trust website tries, rather unconvincingly, to explain away their founder's beliefs in Luciferian thought. Tread carefully.

Today, the Lucis Trust website tries, rather unconvincingly, to explain away their founder's beliefs in Luciferian thought. Tread carefully.

The downside of the Cult of personality
1. Are New Age Hippy gurus simply . . . fakes ?
Here is a typical and cautionary tale of a New Age Guru. There are many similar tales out there. It's the reason we have no gurus in Aquarian Spirituality : we value our ability to sleep well at night, knowing that we're not fleecing vulnerable individuals.
Santos is an Australian musician, astrologer, Neo-Platonist syncratic ( who believes he will be in heaven with god Osiris one day ). He has, for over a decade, created online content related to the critique of religions, as well as supporting Flat Earth theory, astrology and vegan health, whilst discussing many related subjects, such as the origins of language, music and ancient sacred geometry. Much of his content was freely available on YouTube, and frankly, he was an entertaining, even quirky, but a genuine and passionate presenter. In other words, he deeply believed in his creation : Syncretism. He even built up a respectable following of around 250,000 followers on YouTube.
His first failing came in the form of the Australian legal system. He was charged with failing to pay significant outstanding fines. He turned the event into a minor media circus when he used the now well-worn Sovereign Citizens defense in court. Rather predictably, he failed to ' win ' the case ( see our Obiter Dicta blog page for more on laws, rules and regulations - and why law courts ARE legal institutions in most countries ).
After the proceedings, Santos moved to the USA ( perhaps to avoid the outstanding fines ? ). He became involved in a violent death at his place of abode. To everyone's surprise, he next appeared in Mexico, where he became entangled with a serial businessman - Daniel Mamheg. Predictably, Daniel turned Sycretism into an online academy, and sought to turn Santos' content ( previously available online for free ), into a paywall controlled ' course ' (charging $50 per month !!! ). Products with questionable efficacy are also being flogged by the academy. With 250,000 YouTube followers, a 1% conversion to the ' academy ' would give this pair US $1.5 million in 12 months. That makes for good living in Mexico. No doubt the Australian justice system would like a percentage of that bounty ( not to mention the relatives of the man who died in Santos' presence back in the USA ). This could be factor that businessman Mamheg may well consider once he has banked enough to move on ( which it appears he is already in the process of moving to Africa . . . for his next venture ).
Like many New Age gurus, Santos' behavior is his own undoing. Santos has recently posted some very explicit threats against persons he now considers his enemies. He appears to be under considerable stress as his vision falls apart. His academy is failing to thrive, new content is scarce, and his relationship with his business partner appears tense. Syncretism is a peculiar but interesting New Age ' belief system '. But like many New Age programs, effective solutions to challenges that people face everyday, are somewhat vague. A Taurus Field makes for nice reading, but it wont of it self, help you to : be all that you can be ( which is the goal of a good spirituality ). Santos has failed to create a program for daily living, and instead, Syncretism has become obsessed with grand illusions.
Aquarian Spirituality has diligently researched the key traits for creating a beneficial spirituality based on wisdom ( and experience ) that has stood the test of time. We have studied sacred texts with a modern lens. Our goal is to create a spirituality that is simple, practical and effective. Importantly, we make all our content available online for free, or we publish our books at near cost at Amazon.com
We hope in time, Santos can rise above his demons. Sadly, Syncretism has not shown itself to help him very well in his time of need. But grand illusions rarely do. Christ's focus was always on creating a kin-dom on earth ( a practical program for his people ). Sadly those who manipulated his teachings, turned the focus on grand illusions, and Pauline Christianity was born.
For two thousand years the West has being dominated by Constantine's Pauline-Mythras hybrid religion, and it appears, many Christian churches and New Age gurus are continuing to exploit the grand illusions for power and profit.

2. Are Big Gig Christian churches . . . cults ?
For two thousand years the West has being dominated by Constantine's Pauline-Mythras hybrid religion, and it appears, many Christian churches and New Age gurus are continuing to exploit the grand illusions for power and profit.
A concerning cult-like church style has emerged in recent times, that we call ' Big Gig ' churches. Their weekly performances are centered around contemporary pop music and energetic preaching. Its target audience is youth and young adults, who are in their formative years ( and thus more easy to convert ). The global Hillsong Church is a typical example. Their teachings are labeled as ' prosperity gospel on steroids '. It's a blend of Pauline Grand Illusions, trance-like veneration, and a focus on being " a winner with Jee-zuz " ( who is more like a supernatural personal life-coach ; a key part of ' team you ' ).
The church appeals to increasingly narcissistic youth, whose elevated narcissism is nourished by modern social media. These vulnerable kids are made to feel very self righteous about themselves and show loyalty to their success coaches by giving very generously to their church. Everyone wins with Jee-zuz.
The founder and leader of Hillsong - Brian Huston - is currently under pressure to reveal why he did not report child abuse, as well as being investigated for lavish spending and an extraordinary church pension.
As usual, protecting an organisation's reputation is a key goal when you're all about extracting as much generosity from your ocean of feel-good fans.
Sadly for Hillsong, feet do fail. Pastor Brian Huston appears in the video below. As always, he gives a good performance . . . with perfect teeth and a designer look.
But Brian . . . where was your courage ? It seems . . . feet do fail.
To understand why Brian looks so good, examine his spending habits ( now revealed in Australia's Parliament ) :

Section 2 : Aquarian Meditation
Spirituality is a Latin word, which literally means : to breath.
Another way of saying " breath in " is : inspire.
Inspire, inspiration and spirituality all share the same root word, which derives from our most fundamental act : breathing in life giving oxygen.
Spirituality is the act of bringing within us, that which nourishes our mind and body. This nourishment enables us to be our very best.
When we bring into ourselves ( through our incoming thoughts & deeds ) beneficial nourishment, we become our best selves, and know happiness.
Almost every spiritual tradition involves . . . meditation.
Aquarian Spirituality offers spiritual wisdom and practices that provide beneficial nourishment and enable us to become our best selves, but without the religiosity and superstitions which impede our practices.
Meditation is beneficial for helping you to interact with the world.
But meditation is also beneficial for CREATING good health for YOU personally.
Our meditations are focused on nourishing love, freedom and beauty. These are the 3 pillars of our spirituality.
These 3 pillars inspire us to live a life of . . . holiness.
Symbolically, the three Great Ages of Spirituality : the Age of the Father (Age of Aries ), the Age of the Son (Age of Pisces ) and the Age of the Holy Spirit ( Age of Aquarius ) can be seen as a gradual maturing of our awareness of what's holy.
In the Aries Age, holiness was seen to be in heaven, in the form of an inspiring divine being, who blessed us with freedom.
In the Age of the Son, divinity ( holiness ) was seen to come down from heaven, and become the Christ-Man, who blesses us with the message of love.
That man was crucified by those who rejected love. But the message of love transcended even crucifixion and continues to this day, to transform lives wherever and whenever love is shared.
In the Age of the Holy Spirit, we the people are all responsible for creating holiness ( not a god in the sky or one man on earth ).
Holiness has gone from been perceived as something divine and far away in heaven ( in the Age of Aries ), to something that was only present in one being on earth - Christ ( in the Age of Pisces ), to now something that is possible for every person to be, and to create with others ( in the Age of Aquarius ).
In the Aquarian Age, spiritual holiness is experienced when people act with love towards one another and honour each other’s freedoms. This all begins by appreciating each other’s inner beauty.
Wherever two or more people are gathered in the name of love, freedom and beauty, there is holiness. Holiness is like a sacred spirit ( a holy spirit ) that emerges when people act righteously towards each other. It is a force that is invisible but . . . powerfully real.
Whenever the spirit of holiness is created, we can feel inspired to be all that we can be because our ( inner ) beauty is recognised ( who we are is accepted ), we are loved ( we are healed & supported by the love of others around us ) and our freedoms are honoured ( we are empowered to live fully ! ). The spirit of holiness is our salvation !
Our holiness prepares us to receive the coming Arch Angel. Those who live with evil in their hearts, will not hear the voice of salvation. But they can repent and be amongst the blessed who shall be saved.
The spirituality of the New Age is thus a wholistic spirituality ; a spirituality EVERY ONE can be a part of : EVERY PERSON can create holiness around them and become a blessing upon this sacred earth.

DAILY MEDITATION AND OPTIMAL HEALTH !
Meditation is beneficial for helping you to interact with the world.
But meditation is also beneficial for CREATING good health for
YOU personally.
Daily meditation, where breathing is relaxed for periods of time,
can help restore your health markers to their optimal level; when
combined with good foods, right movement, deep sleep, and the
avoidance of dis-ease / stress ( which meditation can also assist )
When our breathing and heart rates ' align ' with the universal
measurements of ' right function ' ; we attain optimal health.
Let the universe be our guide to natural good health.
What is the optimal resting breathing rate for optimal health ?
15 breaths per minute.
x 60 minutes = 900 breaths per hour.
x 24 hours = 21,600
x 2 = 43,200
What is the optimal resting heart rate for optimal health ?
60 heartbeats per minute.
There are also 60 seconds in a minute & 60 minutes in an hour.
There are 60 heartbeats per minute.
x 60 minutes = 3,600 heartbeats per hour.
x 24 hours = 86,400 heartbeats per day.
43,200 beats during day & 43,200 beats at night on EQUINOX
when day and night are approx. equal ( 86,400 / 2 = 43,200 ).
Equinoxes are the calibrating days here on Earth. We measure a
year from Spring Equinox Day to the next one.
Our planet's original year : 360 days *. A circle is 360 degrees.
Heart beats per hour : 3,600. Beats per 10 minute clock intervals:
360 ( 10 min. = 2 clock intervals : eg b/n 12 & 2 on clock face ).
According to the ancient Hindu Astronomer - Astrologer Priests :
Earth's yearly cycle around the Sun is divided into 27 segments.
Each segment is further divided by 4 ( the four moon quarters ).
As the moon circles the earth once, the earth itself moves through
2 of these 27 segments.
27 x 4 = 108
108 x diameter of the SUN = distance between Sun and Earth
108 x diameter of the moon = distance between moon & earth
At 108 degrees Fahrenheit our body's vital organs begin to fail
( thus 108 temperature is our 3rd measurement of health : i.e. stay below 108 )
Now, lets multiply 108 by 4 ( = 432 ) :
A Nautical Mile is an authentically natural measure of distance.
Nautical Mile = 1.852 kms ( metric is designed for convenience
but is NOT a reflection of natural distance ).
60 Nautical Miles = 1 degree
Circumference of Earth is : 360 degrees x 60 nautical miles :
21,600 nautical miles x 2 = 43,200 nautical miles.
A GREAT YEAR * : 25,920 years / 60 = 432
432 hertz is the optimal frequency for meditation music
Nature appears to have consistent mathematical measurements
When our breathing and heart rates ' align ' with the universal
measurements of ' right function ' ; we attain optimal health
Let the universe be our guide to natural good health
* Sun's procession through all 12 Great Ages
Below : With the Sun in the center, Earth's annual journey around the Sun is
divided in 27 segments. The moon fully rotates around the Earth 13.5 times
during the Earth's annual journey around the Sun. * In ancient times, our
Earth was believed to take 360 days to rotate around the Sun. An interaction
with planet Mars, slowed Earth's speed, so now a solar year is 365.25 days.
* 108 degrees Fahrenheit is 42.22 degrees Celsius. To this day in India,
the emergency telephone number is ; 1 - 0 - 8 ( 1 0 8 )

27 nakshatras have been derived from the number of days it takes the Moon to
complete a 360 degree orbit of the Earth. This is known as the Moon’s sidereal
orbit, which takes ( on average ) 27.27 days
According to Hindu astronomer-priests, as the Earth rotates around the Sun,
it passes through 27 segments. As the Moon completes a full circle of Earth,
( and in doing so, the Moon passes through the 4 milestone phases - i.e. full,
new, and 2 quarter Moons ) the Earth itself, passes through two ( of the 27 )
segments. Thus : 27 x 4 = 108
The 27 segments are named after 27 stars which mark 27 constellations.
As an example, one star is called Maghā ( 'bountiful' ). It is star Regulus
27 divided by two = 13.5
( moon circles Earth approximately 13.5 times per year )
The 4 milestone phases of the moon may have once inspired civilisations to
mark their weeks ( as these milestones occur every 7 / 8 days ).
In the Hindu language: 27 nakshatras, each with 4 padas, give 108.
The 27 segments of the Hindu cycle are named below.
Furthermore, each Nakshatra is ≈13° of a circle. 13.33° x 27 = 360°
( 360 / 27 = 13.33 )
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nakshatra
There is a 13 degree difference in the day-to-day position of the moon in the sky,
which the Vedic ( Hindu ) astronomer priests divided the lunar path into 27 parts.
The moon passes close to 27 stars ( Nakshatra ) along the ecliptic.

432 Hz - the Meditative pitch ?
Indian Puranas composed between 400 and 1000 CE, describe a cycle of time that lasts 432,000 earthly years and is called a " Yuga " ; each Yuga being a great cycle of 4,320,000 earthly years. In the Hindu Gandharva music scale, A is said to be tuned to 432 Hz.
In the West, E. Garten, a musician and mathmatition in Munich, had the vision to determine the concert pitch a’ (German: Kammerton, chamber tone) as an octave of the time the earth travels around the sun. Garten calculated that the frequency of the rotation of the earth : 1 / (365.2563 x 24 x 60 x 60 sec) = 31.68754 nHz. He then calculated this frequency as an octave, by multiplying with 2^32 : 136.0969 Hz which he took as C. Multiplying 20 times by the 12th root of 2 for 20 half tones, this makes 432.0809 Hz for A.
Most modern music is tuned at A = 440 Hz ( i.e. sound wave cycles per second ). A is a fundamental tuning note as every string instrument has an A string. 443 Hz represents a semitone below the current tuning standard. Some music historians believe the vibrational frequency of the A reference pitch has been altered from its standard of 432 vibrations per second documented in the 19th and 16th centuries and before, to 440 Hz, which was made a standard in 1939, both in Europe and shortly after in the USA. 432 is about 1.8% lower in frequency than 44Hz. Therefore, every note in a piece will be played at a frequency that is lower by this same 1.8%.
Composer Verdi ( circa. 1880 ) expressed a preference for 432 Hz, however, he also tuned to other frequencies. Baroque music is played at around A 415Hz, classical and early romantic eras at around 425 Hz and later repertoire at 440 Hz. Verdi requested his Requiem should be tuned to 435 Hz (according to the 1859 French “diapason normal” standard) and in a later letter he has expressed a slight preference for 432 Hz. Requiem is of course, an ' ode to the afterlife ' - a key occult belief !
Hertz is a modern term coined in 1930. Before that it was referred as “Cycles Per Second”. The first time “Cycles Per Second” could be accurately measured was in 1834, when two instruments were invented: the (remodeled) Savart Wheel by Félix Savart, and the Tonometer by Johann Scheibler.
432 is perceived to produce a warmer sound. 440 is often used for electric guitars, whilst 432 Hz produces a warmer sounding acoustic guitar.
Try it yourself if you're a musician. A free iOS audio player www.alphasxplayer.com allows you to playback music in 432Hz instrument tuning. If you tune A to 432 Hz, all other notes are integer numbers ( C=256 Hz, D=288 Hz, E=324 Hz, F=352 Hz, G=384 Hz, H=486 Hz ). Calibrating your tuner so that B-flat = 460.8 . . . makes A = 432 Hz
Some Numerology enthusiasts claim 54, 72 and 108 are sacred numbers in ancient cultures. Why ?
72 degrees Fahrenheit is considered the perfect temperature for comfort : i.e. ' room temperature ' ( 22.22 degrees Celsius ). At 108 degrees Fahrenheit our body's vital organs begin to fail. We're not so sure about 54 as a sacred number, but 54 degrees Celsius is the limit of ' safe temperate ' for humans. Beyond 54 degrees ( 129 degrees Fahrenheit ), we will rapidly experience heat stroke.
In parallel, 5.4 Hz, 7.2 Hz, 10.8 Hz produce uniquely harmonious tones. At 432 Hz, the notes : B-flat, F & C appear to reflect this harmonious association, where F is the 5th harmonic of B-flat and C is the 5th harmonic of F.
A recent scientific study, published in EXPLORE journal in July 2019, and titled ' Music Tuned to 440 Hz Versus 432 Hz and the Health Effects: A Double-blind Cross-over Pilot Study ' by Diletta Calamassi and Gian PaoloPomponi found 432 Hz tuned music was associated with a slight decrease of mean ( systolic and diastolic ) blood pressure, a marked decrease in the mean heart rate ( −4.79 bpm, p = 0.05 ) and a decrease in mean respiratory rate ( 1 r.a., p = 0.06 ), compared to 440 Hz. The subjects were generally more satisfied with 432 Hz tuned music. See link :
www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1550830718302763
With 432Hz tuning, middle C is located at 256 Hz, which is a multiple of 8Hz : the vibration rate known as ' Earth's heartbeat '. The Schumann Resonance is a set of frequencies produced by electromagnetic waves in Earth's lower ionosphere. These frequencies, created from thunderstorms and lightning, generally range from 8 Hz to 33 Hz. Flashes of lightning strike around Earth about 50 times per second and create low frequency electromagnetic waves that encompass the planet. Some scientists believe these waves may have an affect on human behaviour.
Two robust studies in 2006 and 2016, found that Schumann frequencies may be related to brain waves. Researchers described a " real time coherence between variations in the Schumann and brain activity spectra within the 6–16 Hz band ".
Others claim 432Hz resonates with the Golden Ratio ( Phi = 1.68033 ).

Some twentieth-century artists and architects, including Salvador Dali ( see Corpus Hypercubus above ) and Jørn Utzon ( designer of
the Sydney Harbour House) have proportioned their works to approximate the golden ratio, believing this to be aesthetically pleasing.

Gothic Cathedrals : and Knights Templar
Some theorists suggest the Knights Templar, after digging 9 levels under Temple Mount in Jerusalem, discovered not only a cube with the true name of the Israelite's god, and the Ark of the Covenant, but also architectural plans for Solomon's temple ( i.e. much more details than were given in the Bible ). These plans, it is suggested, formed the basis of gothic cathedrals.

Stylistically, Gothic Cathedrals had no resemblance to earlier Roman Basilicas. They were a vast ornamental, dark cave-like structure, where occult ' prayers ' to the true Lord of the Knights ( Lord Satan ) could ascend upwards with incense and chants - up to heaven : the Lord's cube in the sky. They were often built along ancient ley lines, and faced the rising sun.
We don't recall Christ ever commanding his followers to build these cult towers in his ' kin-dom '.
Completed Gothic Cathedrals consist of 3 towers : ( 2 + 1 format ) and these are dedicated to the original Nimrod Trinity. Dragons ( " Gargoyles " ) often ' protect ' the buildings. A Seal of Solomon is sometimes displayed - reflecting the true origins of these occult buildings ( see examples above ).

A painting by J.M.W. Turner ( 1845 ), shows several events from the Bible. In the center Archangel Michael appears with a flaming sword. In the foreground are scenes of murder and betrayal. Mother Eve and Adam mourn the death of their son Abel, murdered by his brother. Are Melchizedek and Christ also depicted in this painting ( perhaps on the lower right side ) ? Art has often been a source of transmitting esoteric ( hidden ) messages - helping to keep ancient knowledge alive.
Leonardo Di Vinci's Last Supper shows Christ with Mary Magdalene on his right ( symbolising Aquarius - the future time, when the holy grail line will produce the next Arch Angel - Michael ). Other artists have portrayed Mary Magdalene with Yeshua. In each painting, the person embracing Christ is clearly a woman. The couple are always shown close together at the Last Supper ( of the Age of Aries ) . . . as a husband and wife would naturally be. See our A New Spirituality webpage ( Section 2 - The Nazarene Messiah for more on the Last Supper ritual ).
Sex in Aquarian Spirituality
Aquarian Spirituality recognises that sexual orientation and identity are a deeply important aspect of a person's being. Every person is welcomed to be an " Aquarian Spirit ", irrespective of orientation, skin color, cultural heritage, religious experience, wealth, ability, and national identity.
Sex has two vital roles : procreation and pleasure.
We encourage people to form loving relationships which can provide a solid foundation for building and nurturing a family. We also recognise, that not all relationships are formed for the purposes of procreation, and that intimate pleasure is important in many unions.
We encourage all relationships and intimate encounters, to be based on honesty, mutual respect, and be consensual. We also support a person's right to refuse to engage in sexual activity if they do not desire it. This is an important aspect of their freedom.
Spirituality is not dependent on any sexual activity. Sexuality does not lead you to a ' deeper spiritual experience ' as many gurus like to claim. Gurus are often the first to exploit sexuality for their selfish pleasure. You do not need orgasms to attain some imaginary ' higher union with the universe '. Sexual enjoyment is a biological function - a reward that drives / incentivises us to procreate. It is a natural part of life and it should be enjoyed. However, sex is not a foundation for a spiritual practice. You can attain all the benefits of spirituality without any sexual activity ( and many do ). Conversely, a healthy spirituality is never an impediment to a healthy sex life ( unlike some religions which shame healthy sexuality, which then leads to perversions in later life ; example : forced celibacy in the Roman Church ).
Aquarian Spirituality offers its ' blessings ' to all persons forming a loving union.
We note that sodomy is a feature in occult rites, and therefore, we find this act to be spiritually impure ( regardless of orientation of the persons involved ). Sodomy celebrates the power of one person over another. It also symbolises opposition to the natural order of creation.
Doctor's advice suggests sodomy can be harmful for the receiver, as the anus is not designed to be a sexual organ. Its primary purpose is after all . . . defecation ( the removal of impure waste ).
Furthermore, we strongly stand against sexual relationships between adults and children ( as well as adults and other species ). These interactions are the result of a deliberate and malicious abuse of power, and are not based on love, but selfish lust. The damage inflicted on children is devastating, often with life-long consequences. Therefore, we support the total prohibition of pedophilia in society, and note attempts by some in pop culture industries ( incl. porn, fashion, movie and music industry ) to makes this taboo more and more acceptable i.e. through movies such as Lolita, and Balenciaga's fashion brand's advertising linking children to bondage in 2022, and of course, the 80's dance track and sodomy anthem ' Relax ' by the British band Frankie Goes To Hollywood ( where else ! ).
In pop culture today, Sodomy is symbolised by twerking : a dance trend made popular by entertainers such as Miley Cyrus. Several Latino nation's ( carnal ) carnivals increasingly feature very very young girls dancing Salsa in g-strings during their annual Lenten street parades ( which celebrate the Occult's victory at the cross in 33 AD ). It seems everyone's young daughter in South America aspires to ' Latino twerk for Satan '.
Latin is also another word for Saturn. Ancient Romans were first called . . . Saturns. Satan is the symbolic personification of planet Saturn who was seen ' circling ' Capricorn in winter ( and thus was Saturn came to be seen as the evil harbinger of suffering ).
Bikini fashion around the world is now focused on g-strings, ensuring that the butt is the center of attraction. The Occult is preparing the world for Satan.
Making sodomy acceptable is handy when the new global Satanic religion is rolled out that features sodomy rites. Look out for the return of young temple prostitutes who perform sodomy rituals for their lord Satan. We've been there before thousands of years ago in Babylon. Now it appears, that the Hollywood cult is bringing back Babylon in order to please Lord Satan.

An Aquarian diet ?
Should practitioners of Aquarian Spirituality be mainly vegetarian ?
Earth's primates ( i.e. apes, monkeys, bonobos, Neanderthals etc ) are mainly vegetarian. But they will consume the occasional insect or small rodent. Over time, Neanderthals and other humanoids, developed the skills to hunt larger prey and protein became a larger part of their diet.
As various superstitions emerged, animals became used for temple sacrifices. We suspect this was to ensure the priestly class could, without much effort, obtain a regular supply of their favourite protein source.
Many also believe, the Arch Angel of the Age of Taurus - Mother Eve - was vegetarian. The Bible describes Eden as a time when humans lived in harmony with animals. Sacred plants ( i.e. the Tree of Life ) and their fruits may have been symbols of Eve's life-affirming and nature-oriented spirituality.
Melchizedek did not offer Abraham lamb and wine, but bread and wine ( despite lamb being the symbol of the Age of Aries ).
In Tudor England, bread and ale constituted 80% of a common folk's diet, so it's not unreasonable to assume, that bread and wine ( or ale ) were also a significant part of people's diets in the Mediterranean region, 4,000 years ago.
The Nazarene Messiah, according to the gospels, was happy to eat fish with his meals. Was eating fish a part of his diet or was it a symbolic reference to the Age of Pisces, and Christ's status as the first Fisher ( Pisces ) King ?
Modern dietetics informs us, that most people can live well on a mainly plant-based diet, with occasional protein, such as from respectfully caught fish or free-range poultry. Aquarian Spirituality does not compel anyone to follow a specific diet. Freedom is one of our key tenants. However, we do suggest, that a mainly plant-based diet, with occasional protein is a beneficial diet and a sustainable way of eating to conserve our planet.
Reducing or avoiding sugar-containing manufactured foods, is also a high priority.
Our third spiritual pillar compels us to honour nature's beauty. This means eating foods that do not cause environmental damage ( such as avoiding palm oil from plantations ), or cause significant stress for animals ( ie. avoid foods that use intensive factory-farming practices ).
The Mosaic religion of the Israelites prohibited the eating of some foods, such as pork / pig / boar and various sea crustaceans / shell fish. The reason for this prohibition ? Was Moses informed by his god Yah / YHWH ( the Elohim of the Israelites ) about the toxins contained in certain meats ? Only today, are we fully aware of the potential for toxicity of certain meats. An advanced knowledge level would be needed to understand this. In addition, a pig is a highly intelligent companion animal ( with equivalent intelligence to a 2 year old child ). The cruel execution of pigs for human consumption should not be supported and Aquarian Spirituality recommends abstaining from pork meat / pig protein. A link to the killing of Sus domesticus is shown below and a warning : it contains animal cruelty images. www.abc.net.au/news/2023-03-27/pork-industry-carbon-dioxide-stunning-hidden-cameras-730/102094548
Saatvik food
From ancient India, the Saatvik diet, consisting of freshly cooked food without garlic and onion, is an ideal food style. Especially if you are considering more health-conscious foods that don't just nourish the body, but also boost the immune system. According to Ayurveda ( an ancient system of medicine ), Saatvik is associated with purity .
Although the Saatvik diet has no onion or garlic, it is not bland. Saatvik food is designed to balance six flavours – sweet, salt, bitter, sour, pungent and astringent. Saatvik food is about eating in moderation and eating food that promotes wellbeing. It can be Indian or international cuisine, but has to be vegetarian to be authentically Saatvik. It is cooked fresh and mildly spiced. Ghee ( clarified butter ), buttermilk and yogurt are also part of a Saatvik diet as these are considered beneficial.
We suggest alcohol ( in the form of organic wine ) should be reserved for the nightly Aquarian meditation ritual, or for toasting with family and friends at a nightly supper. The shared ' Agape ' supper is an act of love, where food is shared, bread is broken and wine is used to toast. Spirits are not recommended due to their high concentrations of alcohol, which is a known toxin.
Finally, food is an enjoyable experience, not only satisfying hunger, but warming our bodies. Food is one of the great delights of life ! Let's not forget to enjoy our meals and share the experience with friends, families and visitors. Share also, food with those who have none. This is one of the greatest acts of love that we can do !
Sacred Meals and symbols of the New Age
The two fish and five bread loaves story in Matthew's Gospel ( Mat. 14 : 13 ) are symbols used by the Messiah to teach the crowds that a new spiritual age is dawning - the Age of Pisces ; that each new Age demands a new spiritual revival, and a rejection of the ' impure ' old religions, which have become corrupted over the last two thousand years. This story is not about a miraculous feeding of 5,000 hungry delegates who converged on a hilltop. The two fish symbol is indisputably a symbol of the Pisces Zodiac and a clear message about the need to move with the times.
What about the bread symbol ? The Nazarenes were declaring Christ's ( royal ) authority, through his fulfillment of ancient prophecies : he was born at the ritually correct time : ' in ' the House of Bread ( in Hebrew ; ' Bethlehem ' ), meaning ; he was born when the Sun was in Virgo ( in the year 7 BC ) - just as the prophets had foretold ( Micah 5 : 2 ). Virgo is known as the House of Bread, as the Virgo zodiac depicts a maiden holding a sheath of wheat in her hand ( wheat being the key ingredient in bread ). To this day, the symbol for the Virgin maiden zodiac is a stylised ' M '. Christ's mother's name also began with an ' M ' ( i.e. Miryam / Mary ). The name comes from Egypt, and means ' Love ' !
Christ was called the ' Bread of Life ' ( John 6 : 32 ), the Cardinal of the New Age of Pisces, and the Lamb of God ( John 1 : 29 ) who came to ritually ' complete ' the old Age of Aries ( the Age of the Lamb / Ram ) and symbolically open the doors to the New Age of Pisces ( Cardinal means ' hinge ' - that which enables doors to open ).
Christ leads the 12 tribes ( symbolised by the 12 apostles ) into the New Age : spiritually cleansed, and ready to focus on creating a new Piscine Kin-dom on Earth : a relational-realm created when people love one another. Christ taught, that whenever you ritually break bread with others ( Matthew 26 : 24 ), you are not just honouring him, but recalling his instruction to realise the Kin-dom through a shared community meal ( the Agape meal as described in the Didache text ), where everyone was invited to bring what they could, and eat together as equals . . . as one way of bringing about the Messianic Kin-dom on Earth, during the Age of Pisces.

Sport
We encourage everyone to be as active as they can. Morning meditation, stretches, a walk in the park, strength training, or time spent in the garden surrounded by nature, is spiritually uplifting - a great way to start every day.
For those who can, participating in community-based sports is also encouraged. Participation in team sports is especially valuable for young persons ; developing teamwork, respect and a healthy competitive spirit.
We are not blind enthusiasts of modern-era ' promoted ' professional sports. The endless advertising and media attention on sports are driven by the extreme revenues that organised gambling generates. Many sports codes have moved far beyond their community origins and now effectively report to their gambling corporation overlords. We do not recommend betting on any sport. If you're organising a local community sports club, think twice about accepting sponsorship from gambling companies. Gambling companies are not here to be ' good citizens '. Their goal is get their corporate brand in front of your sons and daughters ( their future victims ). We caution supporting race horse and race dog events, as these are highly exploitative of the animals, and are highly geared towards facilitating gambling. Remember, gambling can be highly addictive and destroys lives.
Some activities, such as competitive gymnastics, subject young children to coercive and even abusive practices, in order that participants achieve the required fitness level. There is a real risk of physical injury, which sometimes, can be life-long. There is very little concern for the holistic well being of young gymnasts, beyond the fitness required to win medals.
We stand firmly against ALL full combat ' sports ' ( involving both human and animal combatants - the latter being largely held in underground contests due to its illegality ). Firstly, human v human contests are staged for the benefit of gambling corporations. Secondly, these sports often involve injuring a competitor - which should NEVER be the object of any sport. Thirdly, these sports send a strong negative message to young people : that it's OK to use physical violence in win. Professionally promoted combat sports such as M.M.A. and Boxing should be regulated out of existence . . . even if it means governments miss out on easy gambling taxes.
Most online games involve simulated combat and can blur the line for some players between acceptable violence online v's violence in the real world. Online gaming is increasingly being oriented to include online betting ( further entrenching gambling in ' entertainment ' ).
Below : The World Cup Final was held on the 18th December - the day the Sun entered the Holiday Season constellation. 2000 years ago, that was Capricorn - ' Saturn's home ' ( and Satan / Santa both being the personifications of Saturn ). 2000 years ago in Rome, the Sun's move to Capricorn triggered the start of the feast of Saturn ( Saturnalia ) - a time of thanksgiving for Saturn's role in guiding the year's dead to heaven. Due to progression, today, on the 18th of December, the Sun enters the constellation of Sagittarius.
Seen here, is the captain of the winning side, accepting the Golden Globe ( a symbol of the one world order which the global tournament helps represents ) whilst wearing a Saturnian black cape ( judges, academics and even US Presidents wear the black cape to signify their obedience to the Saturnian cult of the elites ).
