" In the new Age of Aquarius, spirituality is not about superstitions from above, but about cultivating love from within. In the Age of Aquarius, the Holy Spirit ( which we now call the Sacred Spirit ) is not a mythical ' third person ' of some divine trinity, but the very symbol of a special connection that exists between us : a third force - invisible but real - that's created when people act with love towards each other and respect each other's freedom. This begins by appreciating each other's inner beauty ".

- The Age of Pisces is ending. A new Great Age dawns ; the Age of Aquarius. Each new Great Age is marked by new spiritual insights which reinvigorate our spiritual practices. We are now approaching a new Great Age ; the Age of Aquarius. It is time for reflecting upon what changes will come with this new Age.
- We look forward to the triumph of spirituality over religiosity and superstition, and the coming of new ' heavenly ' wisdom : Aquarian Spirituality ; a life-path promoting the spirit of love, freedom and beauty.
- Spirituality comes from ' within '. Religion and it's rules, temples, rituals, fasting, holy days etc are all man-made attempts to help us to uncover what is already within us. Spirituality involves the purest ( most wholesome / holy ) thoughts, such as love, freedom and beauty.
- What is spirituality ? That which inspires us to be our best. Spirituality is, and has always been, about creating a better life : a more whole-istic ( holy ) and meaningful life. If more people take up a spiritual-based life-path, communities benefit too. Good people create a better world.
- Love, freedom and beauty are the essence of spiritual living. Love, freedom and beauty form the essence of Aquarian Spirituality.
- Aquarian Spirituality is not centered around the worship of a supernatural deity. Rather, we hold an agnostic position ; neither denying nor affirming the possibility of supernatural beings or a creator god. The existence of god is a sacred mystery. The existence and nature of god is more appropriately studied in theology classes.
- Our spirituality celebrates love, freedom and beauty, because these are the fundamental virtues that cause us to feel content ( happy ) and complete ( whole / holy ). Happiness is a consequence of being loved and loving others, being free and liberating others, and being nourished by nature's beauty.
The Age of Beauty : the Age of Aquarius
- Given that one of the greatest existential threats on Earth today is our polluting ways, it is no surprise that the Aquarian message should concern the beauty of life ; i.e. the need to preserve and protect all life on Earth. Our message has one goal : to help save Earth from an environmental catastrophe, that is today, highly probable if we don't change our ways.
- How can we protect the beauty of life ? We believe that we should not only love other people ( including those who call us their enemies ), but we should love all living things and cherish the natural world. We must learn to truly appreciate the Earth's natural beauty, and cease polluting our planet. Protecting the beauty of the world may well be, the third vital Aquarian message ( complementing our first two virtues : love and freedom.
- Water is life. It is ironic, that in the Age of Aquarius ( Aqua means water - hence the Aquarian Age is the Age of ' bearing water ' ), water shortages, water pollution, water acidity, storms and rising ocean levels, will threaten life on Earth. A lack of rainfall, associated with a warming planet, will effect water reserves in many parts of the globe. In other regions, torrential storms will cause devastating floods. Pollution in river systems and in seas, will destroy many life forms. Rising temperatures will melt polar ice caps and cause oceans to become more acidic, as well as contributing to a rise in sea levels, thus threatening shorelines across the world. Water quality will be a key measure of OUR behaviour here on Earth. Will we be . . . ' water bearers ', or will we contribute to the destruction of our water systems, right across the planet ?
- If we don't act to save the world, growing pressure for scare resources, including essentials such as food and water, could lead to wars and the breakdown of society in many countries. The elite's control of wealth and power will be threatened. Their solution, will be to take control and reduce global population by around 80% ( this policy is declared ' in stone ' on their monument in Georgia USA ). That task requires an inhumane tyranny, so that vast populations can be efficiently eliminated. Only by saving the planet soon, can we avoid a radical reordering of society, by society's elites.
- Why does it matter that we save the Earth ( including human life on Earth ) ? Apart from avoiding a global tyranny, the Earth is simply our only home ( at present ), and so it must be cherished and preserved. Unlike some religions and cults that look forward to an end-of-time apocalypse, we believe preserving life on Earth is our duty, so that future generations can continue to enjoy life . . . just as we do.
- Celebrating the beauty of life, also means accepting people from all walks of life. Aquarian Spirituality declares that all people are beautiful. We strive to be inclusive, open minded and open hearted. We proclaim that all people are worthy of love and compassion. We welcome all who need healing. We denounce religious intolerance in all its forms. We condemn exploitation and slavery. We stand against discrimination, including discrimination due to race, ethnicity, physicality, health status, ability, culture, gender, age, identity, orientation etc.
- We support the rights of minority communities in our society. We offer matrimonial blessings to all who are in a loving relationship. We encourage people to approach the task of co-creating new life, with great thoughtfulness, love and ongoing commitment. We support those who are raising children and caring for the ill and elderly. Finally, we reach out to people who wish to die a dignified death in the face of great pain and illness.
- We call on leaders of nations to prioritise the wellbeing of all citizens, and strive for a peaceful co-existence with neighbouring nations. We call on governments to protect the sanctity of life, the freedom of its citizens, and the natural beauty of its lands.
- Modern AQUARIANs don't dabble in ancient occult superstitions, in order to gain insights, or advance a cause, or improve our health. We see little value, beyond a placebo effect, for modalities such as Reiki, homeopathy, witchcraft, Voodoo, astrology etc. etc. We can find no evidence for the existence of ghosts, personal angels & fairies, or chakras & auras. We see no supernatural power in numbers, stones, signs, symbols, or devices such as Ouija Boards or dream catchers. The Occult do, and have been peddling these myths since ancient times. We don't believe you can summons the dead, or perform exorcisms to get rid of demons. We don't recommend using ( illegal ) chemical drugs to seek mind-altering experiences. The risks are not worth it !
- We put aside a little wine for our rituals, rather than abusing alcohol for recreational purposes, or using it as a substitute therapy. Respect the spirit !
- We try to eat a mainly plant-based diet. We drink water, and a little coffee or tea. We exercise, get adequate sleep, enjoy simple pleasures ( including sex ), keep good hygiene, work, study, do chores, meet friends & family, help people, and meditate twice a day ( see our Aquarian Way webpage ). We avoid getting into too much debt. We try not to worry too much about the future, or let past issues bother us deeply. We live in the present. If we are bothered, we should seek help from a trusted counsellor, or seek forgiveness from anyone we've harmed ( offering restitution if appropriate ), and also forgive those who have harmed us.
- We believe death is final. We do not see any evidence for the existence of a supernatural soul, or that we are eternal spirit beings, capable of leaving our bodies after death, and journeying to fantastic places. In the past, when religions have elevated the after-life's importance, they often negated or neglected the present. Life on earth was not cherished, for only heaven was holy. Human life was ' expendable ', whilst our planet was simply there for our exploitation. Respecting the sanctity of all life on Earth comes from knowing that we all get only one chance at life - so life is worth cherishing ; both our own life, AND all living things around us. Accepting the finality of death, enhances our attitude to . . . life.
- Belief in the after-life comes from occult thinking ; the desire to become eternal god-like supernatural beings ( a process called apotheosis ). Since ancient times, we have all struggled with death and separation from loved ones. Many have also lamented giving up possessions. Hence the elite's desperate desire for an after-life ' paradise ' ; a place where the rich can keep playing with all their expensive toys.
- We don't invent stories about the after-life. Rather, we are content to ' rest-in-peace ' when we die. Let our legacy be our greatest contribution. Let us be remembered for who we loved, rather than where our souls supposedly went. " May they rest-in-peace " becomes our Aquarian consolation to those who have lost a loved one. Any suggestions, that there are ' souls of the dead ' communicating with, or haunting specific people here on Earth, we believe, is a fraud.
- Abandoning our selfish desires for an after-life, helps us to better focus on creating a good life here on Earth. Earth is our home. It is our co-responsibility to maintain all life on Earth, and not look forward to it's destruction - as some doomsday / apocalypse cults do. All of heaven's avatars shared life-affirming messages. We are not on Earth to participate in it's destruction. We are co-creators and protectors of life.
- The Occult like to promise their select followers, a paradise in the next life ; a place of many carnal delights. We don't agree with this view.
- We believe evil is real, but it doesn't come in supernatural forms. People do evil things, and for many reasons. Sometimes, it is the result of a deep illness, whilst at other times, it arises as a result of an undisciplined ego. We do not believe in a supernatural epicenter of evil ( i.e. Satan or Hell ). We do not believe in a literal demon called Satan or the Devil. Our research reveals the true origins of Satan, and these are outlined on our ' Cult ' webpage.
- There are however, many Cults and Occults that promote the false idea of a Satanic being, and an accompanying creed that celebrates the eternal life of the ego. In essence, Satanism is a celebration of the ego ( self interest ). However, the consequences of this ideology are very destructive.
- The ever changing natural world is full of challenges. As a species, we can more effectively overcome challenges through collaboration ( i.e. team-based problem solving ), and by being compassionate to each other. A compassionate mindset within a tribe, ensures that those who are hurt, are helped back to health in order to be able to rejoin the tribe - thus keeping the tribe strong ! Clearly, a collaborative and compassion mindset, is beneficial for personal and group survival. Religions have always stressed the benefits of group efficacy. The Nazarene Messiah encouraged people to gather in groups of two or three. Only in groups, can we truly learn to be loving and compassionate.
- Despite our understanding that collaboration and compassion enhances our survival, we observe so much selfish behaviour in our world. Why ? Whilst we accept the need to collaborate and care for each other, each of us, also has a built-in instinct for self preservation. Religions call it the ego. We are not talking about a fight or flight response when a lion approaches. Rather, we are talking here about a more subtle threat ; a threat to our status . . . from other people. If someone takes some of our possessions, or sleeps with our wife, or laughs at us, or just appears to be doing well, all these situations can deflate our ego ; our feelings of self importance or self worth. Once our status is threatened, we feel angry. Our anger can cause us to become violent and harm others. A key role of religion and spiritual disciplines, is to help ' curb our ego '. Spiritual paths and religions exist to help us to appreciate the great duality of life : that we are both collaborators ( compassionate and loving ) and competitors ( greedy and even hateful ). We all are both.
- The natural world, has always been, a challenging place to be. There are many disasters to deal with, and disease and death are ever present. And then, there is scarcity. Scarcity - the result of finite resources on Earth - drives many people to act selfishly. Hence, not only is suffering present in the natural world, but suffering can also be caused by self centred people, who compete ruthlessly for things. If uncontrolled, our animal instincts ( our self preservation instinct . . . our ego ) can become the cause of much greed and hatred ; thus driving a wedge between tribe members. Recall, a tribe needs collaboration and compassionate people in order for the tribe to be effective. If the tribe is effective . . . everyone wins ! If greed and hatred are allowed to fester in a tribe ( or village, school, workplace, society etc ), collaboration will not be optimal. Instead, individual agendas will pull the tribe apart . . . destroying the tribe in the process, and leaving individuals to fend for themselves.
- Spiritual life-paths ( and religions ) attempt to curb the self centred ego, and thus minimise human inflicted suffering. However, we will never curb everyone's ' animal ' instincts. Thus, there is no perfect world - nirvana or paradise - on earth. Yet we have a responsibility ( as co-creators of life ) to help make Earth as harmonious and habitable as possible, so that the next generation can comfortably fulfil it's central task : to create new life. Thus, we don't give up on helping to create a better world. But we know, a perfect world, is just not how life on earth is. Aquarians don't set up ' cult camps ' ; isolated elitist colonies that seek to forge a local ' nirvana ' here on Earth. We remain a part of everyday society, as imperfect as that society is. The Nazarene Messiah interacted with all levels of society. He chose not live with the Essenes - a group of fringe fanatics, who set up monastic-like Ju'ish settlements, far from mainstream society.
- We appreciate that life IS suffering ( as the Buddha said ). WE can mitigate some of that suffering. But ultimately, we understand, that suffering is a part of life ( either caused by our naturally ever-changing world / solar system / galaxy / universe, or greedy / jealous people around us ! ). Fortunately, some good things can come from all our struggles. It can make us stronger, and in time, more understanding and even accepting of the nature of life. This acceptance, can help bring us a greater level of contentment . . . and even happiness.
- Aquarians seek to live . . . a beautiful life ( which should not to be confused with a perfect life ). Our Aquarian message, concerns . . . the beauty of the world, and the need to protect Earth from an environmental catastrophe ( caused by polluting our earth beyond repair and burning fossil fuels for energy ) in order that the elite don't implement their selfish plan for a global tyranny ; ie to depopulate the planet and ' clear the air ‘.
- As individual Aquarians, we seek to protect the natural beauty of the world we live in. We live simply. We minimise waste. We limit our polluting. We eat mainly plant based foods. We do our bit, to help our home planet.
- Zen - the Buddhist inspired philosophy of the East - provides for us, a style guide for living well, inviting us to consider beauty in all aspects of our lives. A zen attitude brings serenity. Zen's mantra - simplicity - is refreshing. Even mundane tasks, performed mindfully, brings pleasure. Nature, gardens, art, architecture, design, food, theatre and music, can all be therapeutic ! A mindful walk or gentle gaze, can be therapeutic
- Living a beautiful life, also honours the ancient memory of the Garden of Eden : the homeland of our first Mother ; Mother Eve - our spiritual ancestor. Aquarians imagine the sacred Garden of Eden as a place of great natural beauty, that provides abundant pleasures ( such as food, water, warmth ) for its inhabitants. It is the duty of all humanity, to return Earth ' back to Eden ' ; back to its original natural beauty ( un-desecrated and pristine ), so that generations of people to come, can continue to enjoy a good life on Earth. Of course, our true origins may not necessarily be here on Earth. Many occultists and elites firmly believe humans originated on another planet. Perhaps Eden was not on Earth, but far, far away. Nonetheless, it is still upon us, to keep our current home planet, as pure as the waters from the Fountain of the Virgin at the Gihon Spring. May we all live to be immersed in her waters !
End of life
Aquarian Spirituality takes no position on the question of an after-life. Our agnostic position enables each person to come to their own conclusion. The matter is simply referred to as being part of the ' sacred mysteries of life '.
Aquarian Spirituality does however, strongly advocate that personal choices must be respected, when it comes to end-of-life matters. Assisted dying is for many, a more ideal, humane, gentle and welcomed option, when terminal disease or un-treatable pain, substantially and irreversibly diminishes quality of life.
If human kind is to truly mature, a key part of that maturity, is to respect the informed choices of every member of society. Aquarian Spirituality supports assisted dying options.
Recently, a Swiss company has manufactured a terminal pod that is designed to make voluntary death a painless and even, an euphoric experience. The pod uses a painless method : nitrogen gas to cause gentle unconsciousness and then a peaceful death. The user makes the final call after consulting with health carers. The technology is available now. What is lacking, is the political will to enable the process of voluntary death to become protected in legislation. Organisations are being prevented from assisting people to access painless voluntary dying. Traditionally, law makers have been timid, and bowed to religious organisations that lobby against personal choice.
The time has come to declare the right to die, a fundamental human right in every nation.

Ethical Burial ?
Burial of bodies in traditional cemeteries is costly. Tombs, cemeteries and ornate caskets require significant resources and are not environmental. Cremation also requires the use of significant energy to achieve cremation.
A better way, is to bury a body in a cloth shroud and plant a tree in a Nature friendly burial center.
An example of an attempt at a more environmental burial method is found in Mornington Australia. Aquarian Spirituality has no association with the Mornington Green organisation.

Aquarian Spirituality Daily Meditations
1. Start of the day : Meditate on love, freedom & beauty
This meditation can be done outdoors when the sun comes up, or indoors if the
weather is not suitable. If indoors, light a candle in place of the sun's light.
Burn some incense such as Frankincense or another spice if you like the scent.
Breathe gently. Close your eyes.
Imagine the Sun's ( or a candle's ) warm light entering you as you gently inhale.
The warm sensation symbolises love entering your body. You are again filled
with love. You are again, a vessel of love, freedom & beauty. As you meditate
on these three words, commit to being loving, uphold the freedom of all beings
and appreciate another person's inner beauty during your day.
2. During the Day : Act with love, uphold freedoms, and
see beauty in others. Take time to enjoy nature's beauty.
These actions will bring you more inner peace.
3. End of the day : a Reflection & Reconciliation ritual
When the Sun goes down, prepare a bowl of warm water, light a candle &
fill a small glass of wine. This ritual / discipline can be practiced alone or
conducted during a shared evening supper. Begin by asking yourself :
i) Did I act with love ( towards others & myself ) ?
ii) Did I uphold the freedom of others ?
iii) Did I see beauty in others ?
Did I enjoy nature's beauty ?
Reconciliation
After your reflection, immerse your hands in the cleansing waters, and
ask yourself :
" Do I need to forgive someone or seek forgiveness and reconciliation ? "
As you reflect on forgiveness, consume a little wine & feel its spirit
warming you on the inside. This warmth symbolises spiritual healing
You are forgiven, reconciled, and restored to holiness ( wholeness ).
You are cleansed, healed, blessed, and complete again ( i.e. whole ).

DAILY MEDITATION AND OPTIMAL HEALTH !
Meditation is beneficial for helping you to interact with the world.
But meditation is also beneficial for CREATING good health for
YOU personally.
Daily meditation, where breathing is relaxed for periods of time,
can help restore your health markers to their optimal level; when
combined with good foods, right movement, deep sleep, and the
avoidance of dis-ease / stress ( which meditation can also assist )
When our breathing and heart rates ' align ' with the universal
measurements of ' right function ' ; we attain optimal health.
Let the universe be our guide to natural good health.
What is the optimal resting breathing rate for optimal health ?
15 breaths per minute.
x 60 minutes = 900 breaths per hour.
x 24 hours = 21,600
x 2 = 43,200
What is the optimal resting heart rate for optimal health ?
60 heartbeats per minute.
There are also 60 seconds in a minute & 60 minutes in an hour.
There are 60 heartbeats per minute.
x 60 minutes = 3,600 heartbeats per hour.
x 24 hours = 86,400 heartbeats per day.
43,200 beats during day & 43,200 beats at night on EQUINOX
when day and night are approx. equal ( 86,400 / 2 = 43,200 ).
Equinoxes are the calibrating days here on Earth. We measure a
year from Spring Equinox Day to the next one.
Our planet's original year : 360 days *. A circle is 360 degrees.
Heart beats per hour : 3,600. Beats per 10 minute clock intervals:
360 ( 10 min. = 2 clock intervals : eg b/n 12 & 2 on clock face ).
According to the ancient Hindu Astronomer - Astrologer Priests :
Earth's yearly cycle around the Sun is divided into 27 segments.
Each segment is further divided by 4 ( the four moon quarters ).
As the moon circles the earth once, the earth itself moves through
2 of these 27 segments.
27 x 4 = 108
108 x diameter of the SUN = distance between Sun and Earth
108 x diameter of the moon = distance between moon & earth
At 108 degrees Fahrenheit our body's vital organs begin to fail
( thus 108 temperature is our 3rd measurement of health : i.e. stay below 108 )
Now, lets multiply 108 by 4 ( = 432 ) :
A Nautical Mile is an authentically natural measure of distance.
Nautical Mile = 1.852 kms ( metric is designed for convenience
but is NOT a reflection of natural distance ).
60 Nautical Miles = 1 degree
Circumference of Earth is : 360 degrees x 60 nautical miles :
21,600 nautical miles x 2 = 43,200 nautical miles.
A GREAT YEAR * : 25,920 years / 60 = 432
432 hertz is the optimal frequency for meditation music
Nature appears to have consistent mathematical measurements
When our breathing and heart rates ' align ' with the universal
measurements of ' right function ' ; we attain optimal health
Let the universe be our guide to natural good health
* Sun's procession through all 12 Great Ages
Below : With the Sun in the center, Earth's annual journey around the Sun is
divided in 27 segments. The moon fully rotates around the Earth 13.5 times
during the Earth's annual journey around the Sun. * In ancient times, our
Earth was believed to take 360 days to rotate around the Sun. An interaction
with planet Mars, slowed Earth's speed, so now a solar year is 365.25 days.
* 108 degrees Fahrenheit is 42.22 degrees Celsius. To this day in India,
the emergency telephone number is ; 1 - 0 - 8 ( 1 0 8 )

According to Hindu astronomer-priests, as the Earth rotates around the Sun,
it passes through 27 segments. As the Moon completes a full circle of Earth,
( and in doing so, the Moon passes through the 4 milestone phases - i.e. full,
new, and 2 quarter Moons ) the Earth itself, passes through two ( of the 27 )
segments. Thus : 27 x 4 = 108
27 divided by two = 13.5
( moon circles Earth approximately 13.5 times per year )
The 4 milestone phases of the moon may have once inspired civilisations to
mark their weeks ( as these milestones occur every 7 / 8 days ).
In the Hindu language: 27 nakshatras, each with 4 padas, give 108. The 27
segments of the Hindu cycle are named below.

432 Hz - the beautiful pitch
Indian Puranas composed between 400 and 1000 CE, describe a cycle of time that lasts 432,000 earthly years and is called a " Yuga " ; each Yuga being a great cycle of 4,320,000 earthly years. In the Hindu Gandharva music scale, A is tuned to 432 Hz.
In the West, E. Garten, a musician and mathmatition in Munich, had the vision to determine the concert pitch a’ (German: Kammerton, chamber tone) as an octave of the time the earth travels around the sun. Garten calculated that the frequency of the rotation of the earth : 1 / (365.2563 x 24 x 60 x 60 sec) = 31.68754 nHz. He then calculated this frequency as an octave, by multiplying with 2^32 : 136.0969 Hz which he took as C. Multiplying 20 times by the 12th root of 2 for 20 half tones, this makes 432.0809 Hz for A.
Most modern music is tuned at A = 440 Hz ( i.e. sound wave cycles per second ). A is a fundamental tuning note as every string instrument has an A string. 443 Hz represents a semitone below the current tuning standard. Some music historians believe the vibrational frequency of the A reference pitch has been altered from its standard of 432 vibrations per second documented in the 19th and 16th centuries and before, to 440 Hz, which was made a standard in 1939, both in Europe and shortly after in the USA. 432 is about 1.8% lower in frequency than 44Hz. Therefore, every note in a piece will be played at a frequency that is lower by this same 1.8%.
Composer Verdi ( circa. 1880 ) expressed a preference for 432 Hz, however, he also tuned to other frequencies. Baroque music is played at around A 415Hz, classical and early romantic eras at around 425 Hz and later repertoire at 440 Hz.
432 is perceived to produce a warmer sound. 440 is often used for electric guitars, whilst 432 Hz produces a warmer sounding acoustic guitar.
Try it yourself if you're a musician. A free iOS audio player www.alphasxplayer.com allows you to playback music in 432Hz instrument tuning. If you tune A to 432 Hz, all other notes are integer numbers ( C=256 Hz, D=288 Hz, E=324 Hz, F=352 Hz, G=384 Hz, H=486 Hz ). Calibrating your tuner so that B-flat = 460.8 . . . makes A = 432 Hz
Some Numerology enthusiasts claim 54, 72 and 108 are sacred numbers in ancient cultures. Why ? 72 degrees Fahrenheit is considered the perfect temperature for comfort : i.e. ' room temperature ' ( 22.22 degrees celsius ). At 108 degrees Fahrenheit our body's vital organs begin to fail. We're not so sure about 54 as a sacred number, but 54 degrees celsius is the limit of ' safe temperate ' for humans. Beyond 54 degrees ( 129 degrees Fahrenheit ), we will experience heat stroke.
In parallel, 5.4 Hz, 7.2 Hz, 10.8 Hz produce uniquely harmonious tones. At 432 Hz, the notes : B-flat, F & C appear to reflect this harmonious association, where F is the 5th harmonic of B-flat and C is the 5th harmonic of F.
A recent scientific study, published in EXPLORE journal in July 2019, and titled ' Music Tuned to 440 Hz Versus 432 Hz and the Health Effects: A Double-blind Cross-over Pilot Study ' by Diletta Calamassi and Gian PaoloPomponi found 432 Hz tuned music was associated with a slight decrease of mean ( systolic and diastolic ) blood pressure, a marked decrease in the mean heart rate ( −4.79 bpm, p = 0.05 ) and a decrease in mean respiratory rate ( 1 r.a., p = 0.06 ), compared to 440 Hz. The subjects were generally more satisfied with 432 Hz tuned music. See link :
www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1550830718302763
With 432Hz tuning, middle C is located at 256 Hz, which is a multiple of 8Hz : the vibration rate known as ' Earth's heartbeat '. The Schumann Resonance is a set of frequencies produced by electromagnetic waves in Earth's lower ionosphere. These frequencies, created from thunderstorms and lightning, generally range from 8 Hz to 33 Hz. Flashes of lightning strike around Earth about 50 times per second and create low frequency electromagnetic waves that encompass the planet. Some scientists believe these waves may have an affect on human behaviour.
Two robust studies in 2006 and 2016, found that Schumann frequencies may be related to brain waves. Researchers described a " real time coherence between variations in the Schumann and brain activity spectra within the 6–16 Hz band ".
Others claim 432Hz resonates with the Golden Ratio ( Phi = 1.68033 ).
Some twentieth-century artists and architects, including Salvador Dali ( see Corpus Hypercubus below ) and Jørn Utzon ( designer of the Sydney Opera House ), have proportioned their works to approximate the golden ratio, believing this to be aesthetically pleasing.

2021 UK Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick pledged a series of reforms to put
“beauty”
back into planning in Britain, citing poll after poll showing the public prefers
homes built before the 1947 Planning Act than those after. This is the latest
public win for Prince Charles ( founder of Poundbury estate ) whose lifelong
interest in climate change and the environment is striking a chord with many.
1947 is significant as it coincides with the Four Moon Tetrad of 1949 - 1950.
Just as ' pop ' culture ( music & movie industries ) was beginning to prepare
the world for Satanism, elite architects around the world began designing the
futuristic 'New World Order look' ( including Sydney Opera House, 9/11 N.Y.
Oculus, Guggenheim museum, Brasilia's capitol and Charlemagne Bruxelles
E.U. Headquarters - named after the conquering Frankish Catholic tyrant &
resembling the ancient Nimrod Tower of Babylon )
Will these buildings become the Occult's worship & leadership centers, where
Lord Satan will be honoured and his cult administered by the elites ?

converting churches into Sanctuaries for Modern Spirituality and maintaining
them as free public and community spaces for meditation and blessing events.

Saatvik food
From ancient India, the Saatvik diet, consisting of freshly cooked food without garlic and onion, is an ideal food style. Especially if you are considering more health-conscious foods that don't just nourish the body, but also boost the immune system. According to Ayurveda ( an ancient system of medicine ), Saatvik is associated with purity .
Although the Saatvik diet has no onion or garlic, it is not bland. Saatvik food is designed to balance six flavours – sweet, salt, bitter, sour, pungent and astringent. Saatvik food is about eating in moderation and eating food that promotes wellbeing. It can be Indian or international cuisine, but has to be vegetarian to be authentically Saatvik. It is cooked fresh and mildly spiced. Ghee ( clarified butter ), buttermilk and yogurt are also part of a Saatvik diet as these are considered beneficial.

Sport
We encourage everyone to be as active as they can. Morning meditation, stretches, a walk in the park, strength training, or time spent in the garden surrounded by nature, is spiritually uplifting - a great way to start every day.
For those who can, participating in community-based sports is also encouraged. Participation in team sports is especially valuable for young persons ; developing teamwork, respect and a healthy competitive spirit.
We are not blind enthusiasts of modern-era ' promoted ' sports, especially ' professional ' sports. The endless advertising and media attention on these sports are driven by the extreme revenues that organised gambling generates. These codes have moved far beyond their community origins and now effectively report to their gambling corporation overlords. We do not recommend betting on any sport. If you're organising a local community sports club, think twice about accepting sponsorship from gambling companies. They're not there to be noble. They want their corporate brand in front of your sons and daughters ( their future victims ). We caution supporting race horse and race dog events, as these are highly exploitative of the animals, and are highly geared towards facilitating gambling. Remember, gambling is often highly addictive and destroys lives.
Some activities, such as gymnastics, subject young children to coercive and even abusive practices, in order that competitors maintain the required extreme fitness. There is a real risk of physical injury, which sometimes, can be life long. There is very little concern for the well being of these young athletes beyond the fitness required to win medals.
We stand firmly against ALL full combat ' sports ' ( involving both human and animal combatants - the latter being largely held in underground contests ). Firstly, human v human contests are staged for the benefit of gambling corporations. Secondly, they involve injuring a competitor - which should NEVER be the object of any sport. Thirdly, these sports send a strong negative message to young people : that it's OK to use physical violence in win. Professionally promoted combat sports such as M.M.A. and Boxing should be regulated out of existence . . . even if it means governments miss out on easy gambling taxes.
